RAWN Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a specialised SME compliance firm established in 2019 to deliver integrated support in labour law, HR, tax coordination, payroll management, and statutory compliance. Our model leverages a multidisciplinary network of registered professionals, allowing us to act as a centralised compliance partner to South African enterprises.

While RAWN is not a law or tax firm, we work in structured partnership with independent attorneys, advocates, and tax professionals, ensuring statutory compliance while preserving independence and adherence to the Legal Practice Act.

Tax Coordination (Non-Practising)

As the founder of Skukuza Law Chambers, he combines technical litigation strategy with operational business insights.

In addition to his courtroom advocacy, Werner leads RAWN’s legal policy development and compliance framework integration, ensuring seamless alignment between SMEs and the South African legislative matrix.
