RAWN Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a specialised SME compliance firm established in 2019 to deliver integrated support in labour law, HR, tax coordination, payroll management, and statutory compliance. Our model leverages a multidisciplinary network of registered professionals, allowing us to act as a centralised compliance partner to South African enterprises.
While RAWN is not a law or tax firm, we work in structured partnership with independent attorneys, advocates, and tax professionals, ensuring statutory compliance while preserving independence and adherence to the Legal Practice Act.
To become the leading compliance partner for South African SMEs through expert, accessible, and ethically-aligned business support.
Our service model operates across four progressive phases:
We manage the full spectrum of IR functions — from preventative strategies to dispute resolution and formal processes. RAWN supports disciplinary hearings, misconduct charge sheets, incapacity processes, grievance resolution, and CCMA preparation.
We draft, review, and implement policies and procedures in line with South African labour law. Our team designs frameworks to foster organisational compliance and employee accountability.
RAWN offers payroll advisory and compliance monitoring to ensure accurate payroll execution and SARS-aligned practices. We do not act as a payroll bureau but offer oversight and reporting services.
As RAWN is not a tax practice, we do not act as tax practitioners. However, we coordinate client interaction with our panel of tax advisors and accountants to ensure SARS compliance across reporting and business submissions.
Our consultants help clients comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) through audit, document readiness, and submission preparation. We do not provide BEE or Health and Safety compliance services.
At RAWN Business Solutions, we believe in integrating expertise across disciplines to serve the unique compliance and growth needs of South African SMEs. This panel represents a coalition of trusted legal professionals, tax consultants, compliance officers, and specialist advisors who collaborate with RAWN under formal alignment structures.
Each listed firm or practitioner has been vetted for excellence in practice, ethical integrity, and operational alignment with our mission to support businesses in achieving sustainable compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
